We seek to add value to the progressive thought-leaders within our society, and we look to provide a platform, rooted in hospitality excellence, to amplify the discussion.
Our Miami Pop-up Dinner highlighted the critical topic of gentrification in key areas of Miami, such as Little Haiti, Liberty City and Overtown. Each detail, from our custom menu items and décor, to the room filled with industry experts and local activist, has been specifically curated to stimulate engaging dialogue throughout the night… all while connecting our guests to the experience.
The 1744 Pop-Up Restaurant celebrates the past and highlights the future of the culinary world, showcasing talented minority chefs from the African diaspora, including Jamaica, Barbados, and Haiti. Amazing, young and innovative chefs are able to demonstrate their culinary creativity and voice in a way that’s never been done before.
