With nearly 25 years of experience within the Entrepreneurial, Branding, hospitality & Strategic Management industries... L. Celest Dunn has indeed forged her own unique path! A path paved with her sharp intellect, business acumen, faith, and innovative mindset!
Prior to launching The GREY Management Firm, this Florida State University graduate explored opportunities to sharpen her expertise. She earned a (BS) Bachelors degree from Florida State University, alongside a (MBA) Masters in Business Administration. She also holds a graduate Certification in Entrepreneurship, from the prestigious Jim Moran Institute, a graduate Certification in Event Management and Brand Strategy, and a certification in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
She has consulted on strategic development plans, events, and branding projects with clients from some of the worlds largest brands such as Starbucks, Disney, and Marriott, L. Celest , designed The GREY to function as a vehicle for guiding clients through their intricate process of ideation, strategic planning and implementation of their vision. L. Celest has developed and overseen projects, major events, and brand launches all over the country. Some of which are exclusive VIP private activations, multi-day conference events with guests numbering in the thousands, a variety of social events, as well as private intimate gatherings. Her focus is to develop the "Truth" of the concept...for where in lies the authenticity of your brand! Her ability to "Hack the Content" within the ideas, allows her to dissect with accuracy, the very obstacles which her clients desire to resolve. She excels at extracting her client’s vison, and helping them to walk in the manifestation!

Celest is a sought after consultant and speaker, who enjoys sharing with others, her journey of determination, faith-in-action, and practical steps she’s taken on her journey of entrepreneurship! In addition to managing The GREY, she is also curating her own fully immersive dining and hospitality experience, The 1744 Pop-Up Restaurant Series! (see gallery). Each event uniquely designed to highlight the immense impact of combining culinary art, powerfully relevant conversations, and deep culture! This innovator believes there is a need for gathering the voices of creatives, industry experts, faith leaders, truth-tellers and professionals, all around the same dining table! Individuals committed to discussing solutions pertaining to relevant topics and promoting a stronger sense of cultural competency…all while sharing a magnificent culinary experience, in cities across the country!
